ChatGPT for VSCode

The “ChatGPT for VSCode” extension was created to add ChatGPT functionality to the well-known Microsoft source-code editor VSCode. Debugging, syntax highlighting, intelligent code completion, and integrated Git are among the features that VSCode offers. The “ChatGPT for VSCode” extension uses Playwright, a tool that communicates with ChatGPT through a headless Chrome browser, as part of a specific ChatGPT package. It is advised to use the extension in debug mode when using it for the first time. The headless Chrome must be used to authenticate with OpenAI during the initial start. Once authentication is complete, the user can enable headless mode, which makes the browser invisible and enables seamless communication with ChatGPT from within VSCode.
