Jurassic 1 Jumbo

AI21 Labs’ Jurassic-1 language model, with 178 billion parameters, rivals OpenAI’s GPT-3 but is smaller than PanGu-Alpha and Wu Dao 2.0. The research and development community received this model recently. Jurassic-1 was used to create Hamilton-style rap lyrics about historical figures to demonstrate its capabilities. Jurassic-1 generated lyrics about Barack Obama using its internal knowledge when prompted with “Hamilton” and “Evita” figures. A deep fake engine that emulates rap synthesised the lyrics into a video with a beat.
