DialoGPT

DialoGPT, developed by MSR AI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 AI Research, improves GPT-2’s dialogue response generation pretraining methods. DialoGPT uses 147M multi-turn Reddit thread dialogues instead of text data like GPT-2. An autoregressive language model with a multi-layer transformer architecture. The model can answer common questions and address current contexts using 2005–2017 data. However, some responses may be inaccurate or outdated. The model also sheds light on philosophical questions. Despite its praise, the DialoGPT repository may have bugs, and users are encouraged to report them.
