Chinese LLaMA and Alpaca LLMs

Natural language processing has advanced thanks to the Chinese LLaMA & Alpaca LLMs, which were motivated by large language models like ChatGPT and GPT-4. These models address the issues brought on by the pricey deployment and training of such models. The LLaMA model’s effectiveness has increased as a result of this project’s expansion of its Chinese vocabulary.

It offers 7B and 13B configurations of the Chinese LLaMA and Alpaca models in open-source form. The ability to deploy these models locally using the CPU of a typical laptop is a special feature that enables users to interact directly with the large model. This project’s resources are only meant to be used for academic research.
